US Healthcare ETF

Healthcare providers are considered the companies that make sure healthcare is available such as insurance companies and hospitals. Within this US healthcare ETF you will find the companies that are active in the healthcare industry but are not directly taking care of patients.

Here you will encounter the pharmaceutical industry, the biotech sector and the manufacturers of healthcare equipment. Of course the market drivers for this US healthcare ETF are more or less the same as with the Healthcare Providers ETF.

The high expenditure in US healthcare also benefits the players in this ETF and the same goes for patients/consumers that are getting older with more ailments to care for. But there is also a big difference with the aforementioned ETF.

Profits of healthcare providers and insurance companies always fall way behind those of the companies included here. The flipside however is that these huge profits are calculated in the price of this US healthcare ETF and maybe a little bit too much. So this healtcare ETF inhibits more risk.
